- Orientscout24 generally acts only as the operator of the platform and does not itself become a party to property purchase or rental agreements.
Registration and user account

Property listings
Advertisers can publish property listings on the platform. The advertiser is solely responsible for:

- Orientscout24 does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the property listings provided.
Contact forwarding
Interested parties may submit contact requests for properties through the platform. These inquiries are forwarded to the respective provider or advertiser. Orientscout24 assumes no responsibility for communication or contract conclusions between users and advertisers.
Prohibited content
It is prohibited to post content that:

- infringes the rights of third parties
- contains misleading or false information
- is discriminatory, insulting, or otherwise illegal
- Orientscout24 reserves the right to remove such content.
Rights to content
Advertisers assure that they hold all necessary rights to the content they upload (texts, images, documents).
- By uploading content, the advertiser grants Orientscout24 a simple, unlimited right in time and territory to display the content on the platform.
Liability
Orientscout24 is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Orientscout24 assumes no liability for content posted by users or advertisers.
Availability of the platform

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent legally permissible, Nuremberg is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship.
